I had ordered some Muk Luk Womens Riding boots from Groupon. There was a problem with the shipment so I tried to find a number to call or contact Groupon. I texted with an agent. *The agent was good however he*she was not able to fully help *me. I ordered a Christmas present and when I received a text my package was delivered I was excited. I hurried home to find the boots I had ordered, and my grouping app says was delivered, was not. I received a Sharpe Iron. NOT what I ordered and I am unable to get the boots now they are out of stock. *The agent sent me an email with a return label however that does not solve the problem of the poor service of me receiving the wrong package and now not having my gift. I am very disatisfied.**The agent also put information in that I am returning the boots and sent me a label. I am NOT returning the boots! I DID NOT receive them. I wanted them. If I send this package back with that shipping label and they do not receive boots what happens. Do I get my refund? I cant afford a new Christmas gift without that refund. *This has not been a good experience.
