To avoid misunderstandings, I kindly request to modify the fine print to state, "Consultation required prior to purchase." Could you ensure this text is highlighted in bold capital letters for clarity? In addition, I need my availability included - I operate Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3 pm. Recently, customers are purchasing the Groupon without reviewing the details, leading to scheduling conflicts and confusion over services offered. For instance, there was confusion between a hairstyle and a shampoo set, the latter of which I do not provide. This has resulted in difficulties accommodating clients who fail to confirm their appointment times beforehand, causing inconvenience for both parties. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

On November 26, [redacted], I bought a voucher for the Crab Catcher restaurant in La Jolla, CA. I live in Yuma, AZ and plan to use the voucher on December 24. The order number for my purchase is 1[redacted]71-[redacted]. PROBLEM: The instructions say I can access the voucher on the Groupon App or print it out. However, I am unable to do either. When I check in My Groupons on the app, there are no vouchers available. Trying to print the voucher from my computer leads me to nothing that clearly states it's a voucher or has a barcode. I do have a page saying, "Your deal is ready to use" with a number: +[redacted]7. Is this page sufficient to present at the restaurant? I am eager to know how to access the voucher on my app. Mary J. I purchased a Sam's Club membership on 12/9/18. My bank account was charged $47.90 on 12/10/18. Despite this, I have not received any membership information or an explanation via email. When I contacted Sam's Club, I was informed I do not have a membership, and that the refund process must be handled through Groupon. Unfortunately, my experience with Groupon customer service has been frustrating due to language barriers and lack of understanding. Regarding Order #1[redacted]70-[redacted] on December 21, [redacted]: Yesterday, a customer service supervisor granted me a 24-hour window to exchange my Groupon, valued at $39.20, that I was unable to redeem. Following the call that ended at 2:51 pm, I had pressing matters to handle until midnight, leaving me too fatigued to browse items on Groupon. My intention was to complete the purchase this morning. However, my husband's vehicle malfunctioned, necessitating my assistance in its repair. Upon returning home at 2:55 pm, I promptly accessed my computer. Yet, by the time I finalized the transaction at 3:06 pm, I exceeded the allotted 24-hour timeframe. I kindly request that this issue be escalated to a supervisor to honor the $39.20 credit for today's purchase, considering the slight delay. I trust that Groupon prioritizes customer satisfaction. I am trying to redeem 3 Groupon Vouchers for Winterfest event Season Passes in Orange County, CA. I followed the provided instructions but can't find the code mentioned in the middle of the voucher; the codes at the bottom marked "Voucher" and "Groupon" are coming up as invalid. I am unsure where to find the correct code for redemption. I have contacted Winterfest organizers for help, but I am still waiting for their response. I need assistance with redeeming our season pass tickets for this Sunday's event and would appreciate guidance on which code to use for the redemption process.

Hi, I'm having trouble accessing the voucher for the business on Groupon. When I try to download the PDF, it says Groupon is temporarily unavailable. I've been instructed to open the voucher and click on the link inside to book with the business, but I can't seem to open it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Good morning 😃 My name is LTayna Glass. I tried to check the prices of an electric toothbrush and Sherling boots on Groupon before making a purchase. Unfortunately, I couldn't confirm if the additional discount would be applied at checkout. The final price displayed was over $60 instead of the expected under $30 due to the discount not being factored in yet. The Sherling boots were listed at $29.97 with an additional $20.02 off, misleadingly indicating a final cost of $9.95. The electric toothbrush was priced at $27.99 with $7.00 off, leading me to believe it would be $20.99. These prices made me purchase the items. I am now requesting a full refund to my card as the actual prices differed from what I understood them to be.

Hello, I have attempted to contact you four times now. I recently bought a CHI digital hair waver, but honestly, I find it subpar and can't return it. I wasn't aware that Groupon sold non-returnable items. Although this was stated, I missed it. There are multiple listings for the same product, and not knowing about different vendors led me to choose the wrong one. Another CHI waver on your site offers free returns. It's unfair that there's confusion between identical products with different return policies. I'm very disappointed with this purchase. It doesn't perform as expected and is misleading. Its design and function are contradictory, and I dislike it. I'm wondering if a refund or store credit is possible. I've been a dedicated Groupon customer and always recommend it, but this experience has truly disappointed me. Thank you, M.C.

I made a PrinterPix order on 11/29. After several calls, I was given different updates. While assured a Christmas delivery, the status now remains uncertain. Their website promises delivery by Christmas for orders made by 12/12. Contacting them has been difficult, often leading to dead ends. Despite numerous complaints on social media and the BBB, I cannot escalate my concerns to a supervisor. It's frustrating to see Groupon associated with such poor service, leaving me with an undelivered Christmas gift. My time spent on hold with PrinterPix has been considerable and disappointing.

Several small packages arrived torn and empty at my home, packaged with an apology for the damage from the postal sorters. The contents were missing, and now I'm left without the items I ordered from Groupon. The missing items include a black leather phone case, 2 tempered glass screen protectors, a magnetic phone case, two shock-absorbing cell phone cases, and a durable pink/white iPhone charger. I'm requesting assistance with this matter as I'm unable to leave my room due to being handicapped. I'm hoping for a refund for all the missing items, except for the iPhone charger, which I still need. Your help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a Beer Connoisseur magazine subscription with a free hat as a Christmas present, but encountered issues during the purchase. The website repeatedly indicated that my email was already in use, even though I haven't set up an account. I tried with my business email to no avail. I contacted the magazine regarding the free hat offer but received an unsatisfactory response - they couldn't assist with the account setup. Now I'm receiving emails on both my personal and business accounts, but still no information about the hat. Their customer service is unhelpful and evasive. If this matter isn't resolved soon, I would prefer a refund. I paid $14.99 with a coupon code.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. This year, I purchased tickets for the Moscow Russian Ballet at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville through Groupon for the second time. Last year's experience was great, so I decided to buy tickets again. However, I am disappointed this year. I realized that I wouldn't see my seat assignments until a few days before the event. After receiving the seats today, I discovered that they are at the back of the venue, which are not what I expected based on the deal I got. I am frustrated because I could have purchased better seats at different prices directly from The Ryman. I feel let down, especially because this was a gift for my mother. The best solution would be a partial refund of $19 per ticket to match the price I should have paid. I am very upset about this experience and will not be using Groupon again. - S. M. To whom it may concern, I called to confirm which deal to consider before buying the Foss Car Audio. The Puyallup location informed me they don't have the correct one in stock for my car, advising me to buy it and have it installed for a fee of $[redacted].00. Upon visiting the Tacoma location, they requested an additional $[redacted] for the installation. I am puzzled as to why one location has the right part while the other doesn't. I am unsure if Groupon will allow me to change the shipping date to January 19, [redacted], if I place an order now. I am uncertain about how to make this change and I am hesitant to proceed with payment without the assurance that I can request a later shipping date after the purchase. I urgently need to purchase this item now, but I require it to be shipped at a later date because the shipping address is a dorm in San Francisco that will be closed until January 19th, with no one available to receive the delivery until then. My order has been waiting in my inbox, causing me to miss the original deal because I couldn't find the answer to this question. Dear Groupon, I have a few expired orders and some issues with refunds that are concerning me. Last year, I faced serious health problems, including hospital stays due to heart conditions and Multiple Sclerosis. I also dealt with a foreclosure and multiple deaths, followed by a three-month phone service loss. Recently, upon checking my Groupon account, I noticed that some orders expired, some were refunded (without me receiving the refund), and some were marked as used when they were not. I was hoping that Groupon could provide me with Groupon bucks or reinstate the Groupons. I have not seen any credit or refunds in my account, and as I am on disability with limited income, any assistance would be greatly appreciated, especially for my grandchildren. I believe I spent around $80 on Groupon deals that I did not receive, including canvas portrait coupons and a cutting board deal. You can contact me via email or phone. I recently re-purchased a Groupon for an Elsen Hypnotherapy Session through an email from Groupon. About a year ago, I bought two sessions. This time, I purchased one session for my daughter, K. McMurray, at [redacted] for her birthday on December 22, [redacted]. After contacting Pieter Elsen, he informed me that the Groupon offer is no longer available in Laguna Hills, California, but only at his North Carolina location. Since my daughter resides in Laguna Beach, I am requesting a refund due to the change in location. I reached out on December 23, [redacted], within the cancellation window of one day after the purchase.

I am troubled as I was informed a refund was issued to my closed account. I do not understand how this was achieved. Your customer service disappoints me. It would greatly benefit your customers to have representatives who are proficient in English. During my interaction, the representative seemed lost and resorted to asking for a confirmation number as a stalling tactic before abruptly ending the call. This frustrating experience has occurred on at least five occasions. I am left infuriated. Where is my refund and my $27.00 voucher? Additionally, I have encountered issues with other Groupons. One expired due to a delay in response from your team regarding classes for my son. Despite not receiving the service, the voucher was redeemed when I tried to enroll him. Furthermore, I am facing challenges accessing a movie tickets code. Osaka is offering a similar deal, and unfortunately, my expired Groupons cannot be utilized there.

I purchased a new laptop on September 5th for school. The laptop, order number 1[redacted]56-[redacted], arrived on September 8th in a box with the manual and charger. It worked fine for one night and then got a virus. I called the number on the manual for support as the laptop came with a one-year warranty. The person who answered, Nicholas Anderson, asked for payment information to "fix" the issue. Feeling uneasy, I hung up and contacted the police and my bank, but got no resolution. I have tried reaching out multiple times without success. I received a letter advising me to contact the consumer protection agency. I am frustrated having lost nearly $[redacted] and feeling unsafe. I want a refund and won't be ordering from this company again due to their lack of customer service. I have evidence and am ready to take legal action if needed.

I purchased a Groupon in early December for a distillery tour at Bully Boy in Roxbury, MA, as a gift for my son. I selected the "send to recipient" option for a December 21 delivery. Unfortunately, he did not receive it, so I attempted to print it out. However, the voucher printed as unreadable gibberish. Despite multiple attempts, the issue persisted, and I have been unable to find a solution through Groupon's FAQs or contact methods. I resorted to giving my son the illegible printed voucher with handwritten numbers for the voucher and SKU barcode, but I am concerned the vendor may not accept it. I purchased Muk Luk Women's Riding boots through Groupon, but an issue arose with the shipment. After texting with a Groupon agent, I received a different item, Sharpe Iron, instead of the boots I ordered. The agent provided a return label, assuming I was returning the boots, which I never received. This mix-up has left me without the Christmas gift I intended to give. I am disappointed with the service and uncertain about what will happen if I return the incorrect item and the boots are not recovered. It's frustrating as I was counting on the boots for a gift, and without a refund, I am unsure how to proceed with getting another present.
