Dear Groupon,* i have a couple of questions. I have expired orders. Unfortunately due to coming down with a serious illness last year and * stays in The hospital from **-**** thru **-****, for * Heart conditions and Multiple Sclerosis. A foreclosure and five deaths I also had lost phone service for three months. Anyhow I finally got a chance to check On my Groupon acct they had say they've all expired I also had a couple that say refunded but I never received a refund and I had others that said I used to them but I never use them I've only used two of them and one was a motel Wesley Chapel Florida I did use it. I was told that Groupon usually gives the customer something called Groupon bucks or money. But Sirs, I do not see anything like that in my account. I seriously need help because due to my medical conditions I am able to work I get disability in the amount of ***.**.monthly. I have no other income I have ** grandchildren I could use the Groupon bucks are credit or if they could reinstate the Groupons. I know there has to be at least $** that I've spent at Groupons.com and I have never received product for. Also there are to Portrait Groupons canvas portrait coupons that says I've redeem them I have never redeem them also cutting board Groupon that says the money was refunded but I never received a refund. You may email me back or call me at ***-***-**** I really hope you can help me I would like to at least get the younger grandchildren the faux throw blankets. Or if you can find a way to refund the Groupon money maybe I can find gifts for the grandchildren. Or at least the grandchildren that are ** and under.*Thank you very much!
