I had purchased Sam's club Membership through groupon. Sams club issued my club membership ship card. and when i went to buy after a week i noticed my name was spelled wrong. I went to Sams Club Customer care and the staff by mistake reported it stolen and issued me a temporary card which i was not aware as she said my name is corrected. *later on during the following week i was trying to buy and it wouldn't allow me with my membership card. i called up customer service and they told me that there was this error done by the Sam's club store employee. I had to go and get it corrected to use my card. I did ask them if all my coupons and free purchase are in and they said yes.*last week i went to buy $**.** in Instant Savings**Free Fruit Party Tray ($**.** value)*Free Gourmet Sampler Cheesecake ($**.** value) and they said it was cancelled by groupon and they need to reissue it to my club membership and inform you'll that due to Sam's clubs customer care error i was not able to use the Instant saving. *I had emailed regarding this to Groupon customer care and no positive reply yet... all the response i get each time is to give them my diffrenet identification and asking for my home address. which i don't know why they need it. they havent called me yet..*Please kindly do the need full and give me a call on ***-***-****.. **Thank you,*Unhappy Groupon customer.*Thomas varghese****-***-*****
