I made a reservation with Relaxation Spa five days prior to my appointment. They confirmed the availability and noted my phone number. When I arrived for my appointment the following week, they claimed no reservation was on the books. The receptionist rudely dismissed my concerns and did not attempt to investigate or assist me. I am requesting a refund since I do not wish to support their business further and do not feel inclined to reschedule. The payment of $36 was processed on December 12th through Groupon.

I attempted to purchase 5 tickets to Sea World today for my son, wife, and 3 children. Despite the website stating that names need to be on each ticket, I couldn't add individual names during the purchase. There was also no confirmation email received after providing my credit card details. When contacted by a customer service representative, I was informed that I must attend with my family, contrary to the advertisement. The representative refused to add my family's names to the vouchers. As this purchase is a gift, I am unable to attend. The fine print does not specify that the purchaser must be present. I expressed my desire to cancel, but was denied. I bought a Groupon back in [redacted], but it expired in November of the same year. When I called to make an appointment, I discovered the business had changed its hours and was only open in the mornings when I'm at work. They assured me they would honor the expired Groupon after their hours changed back. However, I've been trying to reach them for months, calling at least 15 times, but have received no response despite promises that the manager would call me back. I recently bought a Groupon for a Christmas cruise dinner, but when I tried to book, it showed as used even though I haven't been on the cruise yet. Tonight is our scheduled cruise, but due to weather warnings, all ferries have been cancelled. I called the company for information and got vague answers about the possibility of a shorter cruise and decisions left to the captain's discretion. When I inquired about cancellation notification, they assured me they would inform us but couldn't give a specific time. Given the distance to the departure point and expensive parking fees in the area, I am concerned about traveling there only to find out the cruise is canceled after paying for parking. I purchased a Groupon voucher for window cleaning services for $45. The service provider scheduled to arrive between 9-10 on December 19th, but called to postpone until 11. Upon arrival, he estimated the job for 20 windows, but we only had 16. He also said it would take 6 hours, whereas it would have been 3 with a partner who did not show up. Additionally, he requested $[redacted] more despite having fewer windows than agreed. After a discussion with my wife, we asked him to leave as this was not the agreed-upon deal. I bought a 60-minute facial at Skin and Soul in Warwick, RI on November 25, [redacted]. The confirmation number is 1[redacted]58-[redacted]. My schedule is busy during the week, so I chose this spa for their late night and weekend availability advertised on Groupon. Unfortunately, when I tried to schedule, the owner mentioned those hours were only for full-paying clients, not Groupon customers. I mentioned that this restriction wasn't stated on the Groupon deal and requested a refund if I couldn't book a suitable time. The owner stated that Groupon would need to handle the refund. The earliest available weekday appointment is on February 4, [redacted], which might be past the Groupon's expiration date. I believe a refund is warranted due to the discrepancy between the Groupon terms and the spa's availability.

I recently traveled to Orlando, Florida, and booked a helicopter ride with Heli-Tours. I carefully provided all the necessary information, including complying with the weight requirements. Upon arrival for our scheduled ride, we were re-weighed by the staff, and the weights matched what was documented on the Groupon I had purchased. However, it was only then that we were informed that the Groupon was for the larger helicopter, which only operates on weekends. This crucial detail was not specified on the Groupon, causing confusion. Unfortunately, since our visit was on weekdays, we were unable to reschedule the tour. I purchased two vouchers for a two-night stay at Kowloon Harbour Front Hotel for three people each. The voucher details include a Two-Bedroom City View Suite. I confirmed the booking dates of April 11th to April 15th, [redacted], with the hotel before the purchase. However, the hotel declined to honor the vouchers, claiming they were fully booked for that period due to limited quotas. However, upon trying to redeem the vouchers, the hotel claimed they were fully booked for those dates due to limited voucher quotas. The hotel suggested booking directly through their website for special promotions and becoming an HP Member Club to receive extra discounts. They want me to abandon the $[redacted] spent and pay a "special price." I have lodged a complaint with Groupon, and I am not satisfied with the situation. Hello, I recently joined Groupon and made my first purchase at Delhi Belly restaurant in West Vancouver. Following the purchase, I was given a $10 promo code, SVJ2L4. When trying to use it for a coupon at Brioche Urban Eatery Vancouver, I encountered an error message stating I exceeded the purchase limit. Despite not authorizing the payment, the deal was in my file, leading me to cancel the orders. I then tried to buy a Miss Fresh 2-person 3-meal order with the same promo code and received an error stating I had surpassed its usage limit. I had not used it previously. On December 9th, I bought a gift for my granddaughter from Sharp Window Tinting in Burleson, Texas. I asked for the e-gift to be sent to my email on December 21st. However, I can't find the order on my account. The status shows as "Purchased as a gift" and "E-gifted to Elena" to [redacted], but the gift remains unclaimed. This morning, I got an email saying it was sent to me and was already redeemed. I need this issue fixed as today is my granddaughter's birthday, and I want to print and give her the voucher.

I contacted Groupon for help, and unfortunately, they charged me twice for my purchase. Despite understanding that mistakes happen, the customer support experience was terrible. The representatives could not comprehend my issue over chat and simply kept apologizing. I was transferred between agents, some of whom abruptly ended our chats, making me start over. Additionally, I received conflicting information about applying a promo code to my purchase. Even when reaching out to social media support, I only received a generic apology. The status shows it was purchased as a gift and e-gifted to Elena via email at [redacted] The gift has not yet been claimed. I planned to print the voucher to give to her because she doesn't check her email regularly while at college. However, I received an email this morning saying her gift had been sent, but when I tried to print the voucher, it showed as already redeemed. I recall seeing a page where it mentioned redemption on December 13th but can't find it again now. Given that today is her birthday, I urgently need to print the voucher for her.

I recently bought a Sam's Club Membership through Groupon, but encountered issues with my club card due to an error in the spelling of my name. I am reaching out for assistance regarding my recent purchase of 4- 60min passes at SkyZone New Jersey through Groupon. Unfortunately, I mistakenly bought a voucher for a location that is far from where I live. I reside in Cherry Hill, NJ, close to the Moorestown location, but the vouchers I bought are for a place that is about 1.5 hours away in the northern part of New Jersey. The vouchers are about to expire, and I would like to utilize them at the more convenient location near me. I have the order number available to verify that the vouchers haven't been used. Additionally, I noticed a promotion for the same deal at the location I intended to visit. Would it be possible to transfer the passes or use them at the correct SkyZone location? I placed an order for 2 sets of necklace/earrings on November 20, [redacted], and used a voucher from NOVADAB. Over a week and a half ago, I contacted them on Facebook because I haven't received the items yet. Both payments have been processed through Groupon and Novadab. Today’s date is December 21, [redacted]. I recently bought a Groupon deal for CasaBella Hair salon, which was advertised to have a 20% discount when using the promo code “gift." Upon purchasing the Groupon today, the expiration date was listed as December 22, which is tomorrow. However, when I tried to apply the promo code for a seven-dollar discount as indicated, I was informed that the offer had expired. I believe I should still receive the promo code discount since my purchase was made prior to the expiration date.

I've been attempting to make a reservation using a Groupon for a few hours now. I've followed the instructions on the Groupon voucher, which require entering the voucher code during the reservation process. Unfortunately, the company's website does not have a designated area for inputting the code and only prompts for credit card information - which is frustrating. I have used Groupon for many years without any issues until now. The business is closed today, so I am unable to contact them for assistance. I have been trying to secure a reservation for tomorrow, the final day before my Groupon expires, as the website shows availability for booking. However, I am unable to find where to enter my Groupon code on the business's website to complete the reservation.
