I recently purchased several Omaha steak deals through Groupon. Most transactions went smoothly, with Groupon handling the deal and Omaha Steaks managing the shipping. Unfortunately, two of my orders encountered shipping issues, and I only discovered this after contacting Omaha Steaks and finding no record of these specific orders. In a chat with a Groupon representative, I was informed that all six Omaha Groupons purchased via PayPal had been redeemed. Regrettably, two orders seem to be lost in the system, leaving me out of pocket by $90 without the products I've paid for. To resolve this, I require the redeem voucher numbers to arrange correct shipping or seek a refund for the missing items: the BBQ Essentials Omaha Steak Package priced at $49.99 and the $39.99 Holiday Sampler. I recently purchased a Groupon deal for lasik eye surgery in Edina, MN, at a discounted rate. When I tried to verify the offer's credibility, I discovered that the specific location was not accredited. Despite contacting the lasik corporation and checking with the Minnesota BBB, I couldn't get clear information regarding the $82 deal. I encountered technical issues when trying to address this with Groupon, and despite my purchase showing as approved, I was unable to find assistance through customer service. I placed an order for a bracelet on December 7th. Originally, the delivery date was set for December 21st, but now it has been pushed back to December 26th. I believe that ordering something 20 days in advance should ensure delivery before Christmas. The tracking information shows that the item was only shipped on December 18th, which is just 12 days before it was sent out. This was intended to be a Christmas gift, so I am greatly disappointed. I really hope to receive it before Christmas!

After emailing them on the 16th inquiring about the delay and asking for a refund if delivery before Christmas was not possible, I have not received any response as of December 19th, [redacted]. I have sent another email with a strong request for them to reply within 24 hours, threatening to explore other options for resolution if necessary. Upon checking my Groupon account, I encountered a message indicating a technical error possibly requiring a reorder, although it is unclear what I would need to reorder. If this relates to Qualtry, I am demanding an immediate full refund as both Qualtry and Groupon have already withdrawn funds from my account. I am currently dissatisfied with the situation and hope for a prompt and suitable resolution. It is frustrating when companies lack easy ways to communicate, as there is no phone number available; attempts to call lead to non-existent customer service.

I need to return the Out & About Women’s Parka Anorak Jacket with Faux Fur Hood. When I try to get the return label by hitting the RETURN button, I receive an error message. It says Groupon Goods is temporarily unavailable or overloaded. I also got a message about a technical issue preventing my order from processing. I have been logged in as D.H. at gmail.com. I bought a Groupon for a personalized wine cork keeper from Qualtry on 11/25. My Groupon order # was #1[redacted]09-[redacted], and my order # on Qualtry's website was [redacted]. As of 12/19, my order is still "being processed" on Qualtry's website. I contacted Qualtry twice via email with no response. I am disappointed as this was meant to be a Christmas gift, and it has been 4 weeks since I ordered it. There is no phone number available for either Qualtry or Groupon for me to discuss this matter. I hope to receive information on when my order will be shipped soon.

Hello, my name is Jill Dunn, and my username is [redacted] I bought three vouchers for Rydges Canberra in April. Unfortunately, due to health issues, I couldn't use them. I requested an extension but was offered a full credit refund valid for 30 days instead. The third voucher purchased at the same time in April has not been refunded yet. Time is ticking, and I need this resolved. The expiry date for the third voucher is approaching, and I want to either reuse it or get it credited. It's confusing to me why I have to chase these separately when they were all bought together. I inadvertently signed up for a Groupon plan at $4.99 a month, thinking it offered an extra 25% off deals. I canceled immediately upon realizing it wasn't a good deal. Groupon always has sales for 20 or 25% off, so the extra 25% was misleading. Despite attempting to cancel due to false advertising, I was told I couldn't cancel for 6 months. I've been a loyal Groupon customer for years, and their prices always end up lower than the initial listing due to discounts. However, the plan's promise of an extra 25% off didn't materialize, and the representative insisted I already received the discount. It seems there's a misunderstanding – either on my end or theirs. The key point is that double-dipping discounts isn't allowed, which I had mistakenly assumed was possible.

I need assistance. We drove nearly 2 hours through traffic from Valencia to Westminster to redeem our John’s Incredible Pizza vouchers during our vacation in the US. Unfortunately, the staff member could not accept the printed copies, claiming they were not working. Despite apologizing, he could not resolve the issue. As we are only here for a week and will be heading to Orange County tomorrow, returning is not an option. I have not used the vouchers and am confused about the problem. I purchased a deal on Groupon for Idaho Residential Cleaning's carpet cleaning service, only to find out later that they are not able to perform any work until April [redacted]. Upon arriving at the location for my scheduled service, I was initially hesitant due to the unconventional setting, making me feel uneasy. After expressing my reservations to the service provider, she reassured me via text. Despite this, when I arrived, she mentioned feeling uncomfortable serving me. I had only shared concerns about the location for safety reasons, given my father's profession, and declined rescheduling the appointment earlier due to my work schedule. I suspect she may have declined me service simply to avoid taking on more clients that day, resulting in me losing $30.

After calling ahead, I attended my first session at Beauty Bungalow with high hopes based on what the owner had promised me regarding the results from the package I purchased. However, during the session, the aesthetician informed me that in order to see real results, I would need to utilize all 3 modalities, which were not included in my initial package. They suggested an upgrade to a 7-visit package for an additional $[redacted]. Feeling caught off guard, I explained I couldn't afford the upgrade, feeling as though it was misleading. The aesthetician empathized and mentioned I could seek a refund since I hadn't undergone any treatments yet. I discussed this with Kyle, the owner, and also mentioned my intention to request a refund due to not using the Groupon offer. Kyle approved and advised me to reach out to customer support for further assistance.

I have a Groupon voucher for a Sunrise Hot Air Balloon ride in Las Vegas scheduled for tomorrow morning. I’ve tried calling the company multiple times today, but it’s been busy each time. I also emailed the company listed on the Groupon information, but GoDaddy says it doesn’t exist. My husband and I just got back from the doctor and we’ve been prescribed flu medication, so we can’t fly for the next 10 days due to the cold air. It was quite challenging to book the trip, taking about five hours, and I’m now hoping for a refund. I’ve provided my husband's Groupon code, and I'm waiting for my daughter to retrieve mine from her account.

I made a reservation on December 18 via GROUPON. Due to a change of plans, I tried to cancel it. However, I encountered an error message mentioning a system issue that occurred that morning, which made me uncertain if the order went through. Although I saw the charge on my credit card statement, I couldn't find a way to cancel it on Groupon. I purchased a 60-minute Hot Stone Massage at The Beach House Spa located at [redacted] Lark Brown Rd, Suite [redacted], Elkridge, MD [redacted]. I lost my Groupon but found it after it expired. I was informed I could still receive a service for the same value. During my initial visit, I got lost and missed my appointment as there was no one present at the empty location. After some time, a staff member rescheduled me, but unfortunately, there was a discrepancy with the appointment time. Despite arriving early, no one was there, and I had to leave a note before departing. The masseuse called while I was on my way back to offer the remaining time or face a cancellation. Upon finding the original appointment time in writing, I discovered the mistake made by the staff member. When attempting to speak with a manager, I was informed they were not on-site and had encountered a similar situation during my first visit. The lack of availability of the owner/manager to address concerns has led me to seek a refund through you due to the unsatisfactory customer service provided by the spa.

Hello, I am looking for assistance regarding a Groupon purchase made around a year ago at MD Weightloss & Spa for Two IPL Photofacial Treatment with one microdermabrasion treatment. Despite only receiving the microdermabrasion treatment initially due to being advised against the photofacial at that time, I was assured I could use the voucher for the photofacial at a later date. I have been trying to schedule the photofacial, but the machine has been out of service for about 8 months. I made a hotel reservation on 12/18 and intended to cancel it by the 3:00 PM deadline on 12/19. Upon logging in, a system error message appeared, indicating the order may not have processed.
