This was my first time ordering from Groupon. I placed an order on November 15th for 1000mg CBD Gummies and paid with Visa. I received an email over a week later stating I needed to redeem my order, which I did on November 28th. I was surprised to learn that the order is only shipped once redeemed, which is a bit unusual. It's now December 17th, and I have yet to receive anything. I would like to know if my order has been sent out and when I can expect to receive it. I am having trouble with my Groupon code for the PrinterPix puzzle I purchased. The code is expired, and I am disappointed that I won't receive it before Christmas, as it was intended as a gift for my grandfather. I am also seeking a refund for this purchase. PrinterPix is only reachable via email, and I am frustrated with their slow response and the difficulty I faced trying to reach Groupon or PrinterPix for assistance. I recently received a $10 voucher from Groupon that I would like to use today, given my current circumstances. I would greatly appreciate a prompt phone call to address these issues. Subject: Issue with PupSocks Order through Groupon Hello Groupon Support, I would like to report a problem with my recent purchase of 3 Groupons for PupSocks on Dec. 3, [redacted]. Despite following the ordering instructions for Christmas delivery, I have yet to receive my socks and have not received any communication from them. I have attempted to contact them via email through their website's Contact Us page, but have not received a response. Unfortunately, there is no listed telephone number for direct contact. Upon checking their Facebook page, I discovered many others facing similar issues and some customers expressing extreme dissatisfaction with their orders. I kindly request a refund, including shipping costs, back to my original payment method. I purchased two separate power bank sets from Arden Group on 11/23/18 as Christmas gifts. Despite being informed that the original order was lost and a replacement would be sent, I have yet to receive any tracking information or the items themselves. After several attempts to follow up via email on 12/2, 12/6, 12/12, and 12/15, there has been no response or resolution. I am now seeking assistance as Christmas is approaching, and I still do not have the products or any update. I am requesting either the shipment with a valid tracking number or a full refund of $68.34 for both sets. Your help in resolving this matter promptly is greatly appreciated.

I recently made a reservation for Great Wolf Lodge and received the receipt at my old email address, which I can no longer access. Consequently, I am unable to log into my Groupon account to retrieve the receipt due to forgotten password and lack of access to the old email. The reservation was for January 9th and 10th under the name George Gamache. My name is Tabatha Liston, also known as Tabatha Gamache, and I need assistance in accessing the receipt. I recently ordered a digestive health test, nutrition genetic test, and a [redacted] different food and environmental intolerance test from IdentAllergy. After receiving the package, I encountered an issue during the registration process as Canada was not available as a country option, only USA and United Kingdom. Despite reaching out to the company multiple times since December 7, [redacted], I have not received any responses to my concerns. I am now seeking a refund for the undelivered services. Additionally, I have faced challenges in contacting Groupon regarding this issue. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service provided in this situation.

I am experiencing issues with two personalized signs I ordered from Personalized Planet on November 14th. I have not received them and do not recall receiving a voucher number. Additionally, I paid for 10 personalized pillowcases but only received 3 bed pillow cases and 1 cushion case. I am seeking assistance with these orders and potentially some Groupon credits. I have encountered numerous difficulties with Groupons, particularly with Monogramonline and Personalized Planet. I require 6 more refunds or Groupon credit for the undelivered pillowcases, and I am unable to access my sign order as it prompts me for a voucher code that was never provided. This is my third or fourth attempt to contact someone at Groupon about an issue that needs attention. In my previous email from yesterday, I expressed my dissatisfaction with a recent Groupon purchase claiming up to 40 units of Botox for a $[redacted] value but had misleading information regarding appointment scheduling and availability at specific locations. The responses I received were not satisfactory, with only a limited schedule on one specific day at one location provided. The pricing listed did not match what was advertised. I have attached copies of the relevant information for your review. I value Groupon's reputation and hope for a prompt resolution. I purchased couch covers which arrived open and without instructions, not matching the description. I informed the company, who provided a prepaid shipping label for the return. The item was sent back with tracking, delivered on December 7th, but the company has not responded or issued a refund. Despite previous communication, they have been unresponsive since receiving the return. I am shocked by their behavior and suspect fraudulent activities. I demand a refund promptly. Having used Groupon without issues for years, I expect better, and I hope Groupon discontinues any ties with such an unprofessional and deceitful company.

Recently, I found out that our courier mistakenly delivered three orders from your company to my elderly aunt's property. Unfortunately, she wasn't home to receive the parcels, so the courier left them in her wheelie bin. By the time I located the parcels, they were damp and the information on them was barely readable. I could only make out one order number, which is [redacted]. The customer on the label is identified as L. Smith, residing at 25 North Deeside Road, Deeside Mews, Milltimber, Aberdeen, with the postcode AB15 9EE. Instead, the parcels were delivered to 25 North Deeside Road, Bieldside, postcode AB15 9AD. These clearly do not match, indicating an issue with the courier service not verifying addresses. Kindly ensure that no further deliveries are made to this incorrect address.

I purchased the MKII Chloe Medallion Crossbody purse in white/nude on November 30, Order # [redacted], but received the MKII women's Bella Tassel Charm Crossbody purse in blush instead. Similarly, when I ordered the ivory Chloe purse on December 11, Order # [redacted], I once again received the Bella Tassel Crossbody, but this time in gold. These mistakes have left me unsure about the reliability of your service. How can you assure me that I will receive the correct items in the future and handle the return and refund process appropriately?

On September 28, [redacted], I made a booking through Groupon for a 3-night stay at a New York hotel while residing in Cleveland, Ohio. Upon arrival, the hotel had no record of my reservation and no available rooms. I was forced to book another hotel for $[redacted], only staying for one night. After disputing the charge with my bank, I was refunded the following week. However, Groupon claims to have sent me a letter on November 15, which I never received. As a result, they withdrew $[redacted] from my account, causing me to incur overdraft fees and leaving me with a negative balance of $-[redacted]. Hello, I purchased a Groupon deal for two large mink blankets from Printer Pix and placed the order on 11/18/[redacted]. I have been consistently reaching out to the company via email and live chat every day regarding the order status, but they have been unable to provide me with any updates on when the order will be shipped. The company's email inbox is currently full, and after waiting over 30 days for the products, I am now requesting a full refund. I feel like I have been scammed and this experience has been quite disappointing.

I made a purchase through Groupon for PrinterPix on Dec 4th. However, the redemption link in the voucher didn't work. Each time I entered the redemption code, I received an error message. I contacted PrinterPix customer service, and after several attempts over two weeks, the issue persisted. I had to buy the product elsewhere for Christmas. In a recent conversation with Casper Bell (Ticket # Visitor [redacted]7), I was informed to request a refund through Groupon. I was advised to use the redemption code as a "Coupon Voucher" during checkout, which conflicted with instructions on the Groupon Voucher. Due to the ongoing issues and lack of resolution, I am seeking a refund. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I doubt I will use Groupon again.

I followed all the instructions for PupSocks correctly. I received a quick email thanking me for my payment, but then no updates. My product has been stuck in permanent shipping status since 26 Nov. Despite reaching out via email, contacting DHL and USPS, it seems no one can locate my package. I have left a negative review, as have others recently. I have asked for a refund, including the shipping costs, but have not received a response. The customer support website is not user-friendly and feels like an endless loop. I had to search on Google to find a way to contact them. As a loyal Groupon user, this experience with PupSocks and the customer service process has been extremely frustrating.

My daughter bought a Groupon from Emi Mind Body on Parker Street in Springfield, Massachusetts, at [redacted]. She got it in August and scheduled the appointment for December 17 during her college break. When she arrived, she was told they don't take Monday appointments, even though she had made hers in August. The woman was rude when she explained the situation, so my daughter doesn't want to return. She paid $30 and is looking to get a refund. Hello, I have tried to contact Groupon several times regarding my order from Adour's Closet but have not received a response thus far. Despite leaving voicemails and sending multiple emails and an online appointment request to Adour's Closet, I have not received any answer from them either. I am confused because my confirmation email indicated a purchase date of December 14th with order number 1[redacted]08-[redacted], but when I tried to cancel on the 17th, it said the Groupon refund expiration was on the 16th. This experience is disappointing as I've been a loyal Groupon customer without any previous issues. I am requesting a refund of the $[redacted] Groupon for Adour's Closet. I used Groupon to buy a gift for a friend, intending to use a $60.00 Groupon gift card for a 60-minute couples massage with hot stones at Wee Massage in Center City Philadelphia. However, upon making the purchase, the gift card wasn't applied, and I ended up paying the full price of $[redacted].00. My account still reflects the $60.00 in Groupon bucks. I bought a Groupon deal for CanvasonSale. Unfortunately, the quality of the first order I received this week wasn't satisfactory. I won't be ordering again and would like a refund for the third Groupon I purchased. The shipping was supposed to arrive within 10 days. Although I have two emails with order numbers, my account only shows one order. I've been attempting to contact the company by phone but the line is always busy or I'm put on hold for long periods and then disconnected. I have also sent emails, but I need to hear back from them today, as our credit card was already charged. This was meant to be a Christmas present.

Good Morning, I have a reservation for Mr. Anthony Brock at the Queen Mary Hotel in Long Beach, California, for today. He reached out to Groupon to change his stay date. Groupon instructed him to contact the hotel to make changes to the reservation. However, our policy requires third-party reservations to be modified by the third party, not the guest. Mr. Brock forwarded me his email conversation with Groupon from 12/17/18. We are willing to cancel his reservation for today at no charge or change the date, but the request must come from Groupon, not the guest.
