I purchased a room at the Ramada by Wyndham San Diego National City on **********, our stay was to be for **********. Me and my pregnant wife arrived the next day to get our room and we were informed that it was not in system. Totally frustrated, we paid directly for a room from another account. We were charged for this room on the invisible account the next day. Please refund my account ASAP order number is **** ****** ******, $**.**, I am not happy!
