Good evening,**I placed an order for two PowerMaster **,***mAh LED dual USB power banks on November **. One was Black and one was Red. The red power bank was delivered. The package arrived as expected on December *, but one of the power banks (Black) was NOT in the package. I waited for another to arrive, but the tracking says both were delivered. I am wondering if you could either *, send me another of this item (as it was a Christmas gift), or *. Refund me for the item that I paid for and didn’t receive.**The tracking number for the package is:************************Please let me know if you can help me.
