I purchased a Groupon for *** printerpix holiday cards on November **. I’v made my cards and saved them to my pronterpix account (ive purchased from them before). When to enter my redemption code and brings to a page that says OOPS something went wrong... needless to say I’ve emailed pronterpix customer support * separate people and it took * days for one of them to answer me back.. when he did he asked for info and I sent it right away didn’t receive another email back for another *days saying that he reset my Groupon expiration date so it can be used now — meanwhile my Groupon already doesnt expire until Feb **th.. after that it still did not work same issue so I emailed him again and no answer today is day * without another response back. I tried to use the live chat option and waited my turn for **min and then it disconnected me. I tried today again as well and when I finally did get through to someone they did the same thing and it still is not working..to say I’m unhappy is an understatement so not only is my Groupon not working but if after almost *weeks of trying to my Christmas cards if it did start working today I would have to pay extra for fast shipping otherwise they won’t be here before Christmas! **I would like to either be fully refunded back into my account for the purchased Groupon or I would like to be able to be credited to Groupon so I can buy the staples holiday card Groupon.**Thank you
