Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a groupon for cielo wellness spa and when I called to schedule an appointment for a massage they didn't have a time that would fit my schedule. I would wither have to take a half day or take a day off which is hard for me to do. They do not have appointments available for a couple of weeks-which defeats the purpose of my purchase. I would like a refund as I don't feel that having to wait or take a day off from work seems fair.
