I purchased * tickets on accident . On the app I made * seperate transactions and I did notice excessive charges taken from my account. My intention was to purchase only *. Arriving at the venue I realized the ticket would not be valid until **hours after it was purchased therefore leaving me the only option to pay full price. I payed the full price to attend. Proof can be provided. I would like a full refund for both transactions. The first being the technological issues of the app and the second my misunderstanding of the promotion.Thank You.
