Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a groupon last night, which AFTER purchase disclosed "Fine Print" details that would almost double the actual cost. No where on groupon site is an ability to seek refund or cancel transaction, or live chat, or call them, or email them, and the phone number my credit card company has for customer service at groupon (*-***-***-****) just goes to a recording saying groupon customer service is now online only at www.groupon.com*support (good luck with finding anything helpful there). BTW gethuman.com website should update it's method for contacting groupon, why don't you try chatting, (let me know how that worked out). So in short if not resolved I will file a credit card dispute as soon as the CC issuer paperwork arrives. I will also make sure as many as possible know that groupon has changed and no longer has a useful level of customer service.
