I purchased an item on November **, **** and the confirmation order number is ****-******-****** **My item says it’s been in transit for * weeks. I want to know why my order isn’t here yet and if it won’t be here within ** hours I want it canceled. If I don’t receive communication back- Groupon is going on blast on all of my social media for being a scammy company with no ability to call customer service.
