On October 20th, I ordered a star registry for two children named Leonidas Yount and Starlit Duty. The notification and certificate were sent to a third party, [redacted], as per my instructions. However, when I contacted Star Registry, they claimed to have no record of the purchase. I also have a confirmation of the transaction. I then placed an order for a third star registry for Joyce Yount or Joy Yount. I requested the notification and certificate to be sent to me at either [redacted] or [redacted] I have yet to receive the notification or certificate for this purchase. Both transactions were paid for using my Discover card. I am unsure if Groupon forwarded the information to Star Registry for the first two purchases, and I would appreciate receiving the registry for Joyce Yount.

I have purchased two Groupon deals from Castrol Lube Express. One has already expired, and the other will expire in February [redacted]. Previously, I have used Groupons there without any issues. However, this time I was charged an additional $25, which is frustrating as the purpose of using Groupons is to get a deal. It seems I will end up spending at least $60 for a regular oil change, making it more expensive than other places now. As a loyal Groupon customer, I would like a refund for both purchases made at Castrol Lube Express. I hold Voucher Number [redacted]3 expiring on February 9, [redacted], and Voucher Number [redacted]0 which expired last year without use due to the same problem. Hello, I recently purchased a Spirit of Baltimore boat dinner/tour that expires on December 9th, as indicated on the app. I've been trying to book through the agency's app, which redirects me to their website to make a reservation. After submitting my request, I was told they would contact me within 24 hours to confirm or suggest alternative dates. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication from them, and I am unable to find their contact information on the website. My name is Ryan O., in case you need to identify my booking. I am concerned about the approaching expiration date of the voucher and losing the value of the purchase. I haven't redeemed the voucher yet since I haven't received confirmation of the booking date. My order was scheduled to arrive on December 4th, but it was two days late. I called on December 5th and was promised delivery by the 6th, without a specific time provided. On December 6th, after 6 pm, I checked on my order status but was informed it would take another 24-48 hours. I was frustrated that it was now going to be 4 days late and wanted an explanation. When I asked the customer representative to wait while I checked the tracking myself, he looked it up and disclosed that it had actually arrived 16 minutes before my call. This was surprising to me, as I was already on my way home thinking it hadn't arrived yet. This first experience with Groupon has left me disappointed, and I am concerned about any future purchases from them.

On November 29th, I reached out to Groupon regarding my $39 massage at Superior Thai Spa scheduled for December 6 at 5 PM. During the appointment booking, they insisted I redeem the Groupon on the app, even though I had not used it yet. I expressed my concerns, but they insisted. After speaking with Groupon customer service, they advised me to proceed with the appointment today at 5 PM. However, when I tried to confirm, the number was disconnected, and online searches indicate it may be a scam. I am disheartened and frustrated by this experience as I do not frequently use Groupon. Please assist me in obtaining a refund as I am deeply upset by this situation.

I recently bought a Groupon for Balistreri Pizza in Greenfield, WI. I reached out to the restaurant to ask if I needed to present the voucher when ordering or if I could place an order over the phone and show the voucher upon pickup. However, my experience with the staff member on the phone was very unpleasant. He was rude and impatient, telling me to contact Groupon instead. When I visited the store and mentioned our phone conversation, he bluntly denied assisting me. Despite my love for their pizza, the disrespectful treatment has deterred me from returning. I am now willing to drive 20 minutes to Wauwatosa for better service. The rudeness I encountered has left me wanting a refund for my purchase.

I received an email confirming my successful Groupon purchase for a Baltimore Sun 26-Week Sunday Subscription with Unlimited Digital Access. The voucher clearly stated that no further action was needed after providing my information. However, when checking My Available Groupons, the voucher appears unused. When I placed my initial order, the shopping cart page froze upon submission, leading me to believe the order didn't process. Consequently, I reordered the items only to discover later that all orders were processed, resulting in duplicates. I attempted to cancel the duplicate orders, but the site indicated that they were already processed, leaving me with unnecessary additional items. The return page on the website has been inaccessible, showing the message "Oops! Groupon Goods is temporarily unavailable or overloaded" every time I try to access it. This situation is frustrating, as I risk missing the return deadline due to the site's malfunction. I refuse to pay for items I didn't intend to order and will involve my credit card company if this matter isn't resolved promptly. It's a waste of time and a significant inconvenience trying to return these duplicate items. The affected orders were all placed on Nov. 26th, and I hope this issue can be addressed promptly.

I placed an order for a pair of earrings yesterday at 9:21 AM. I attempted to cancel the order at 9:36, but encountered issues applying a promo code. I tried to contact you via email, but received a failure notice. Despite my efforts at 9:44, I did not receive any response. When I called, I was directed back to email. Due to the lack of communication within the 2-hour window, I contacted my credit card company to halt the payment of $18.21. I just received an email stating that the order is now shipping. I recently purchased six items from Monogram Hub, all advertised as "sterling silver". Unfortunately, four necklaces I gifted tarnished within hours of wearing them. This is quite embarrassing for me. I would appreciate if the necklaces could be redone in a way that prevents them from tarnishing so quickly. None of the necklaces were exposed to water; they were simply worn. I still have two anklets to gift, but now I am worried the same issue will occur. I specifically chose these items as gifts, expecting better quality since they were supposed to be made of sterling silver. I am Patricia Shepherd. My daughter, Melissa Shepherd, purchased two vouchers for the Neil Diamond Tribute Cruise for my husband's Father's Day gift. Unfortunately, the Neil Diamond cruises were fully booked, and we were moved to the ABBA cruise in December [redacted]. Sadly, the cruise was canceled last minute due to mechanical issues. I have been attempting to schedule the collection of a mattress, providing 12 dates as requested. Despite this, I continue to receive emails requesting more dates. I recently received an email indicating the matter is resolved and to call for any issues. The provided number does not work, leaving me with a mattress in my flat and without a refund. I bought a Printerpix jumbo plush photo blanket through your website. I have been struggling for two weeks to upload a photo for my order as the website kept flagging them as low resolution, despite my attempts with different pictures. I tried contacting their customer service through phone calls and emails, but had no luck reaching anyone in India for a week. When I finally spoke to someone, I was informed about ongoing technical issues for three consecutive days. The breaking point was receiving an email stating that my blanket had been shipped, even though I never successfully uploaded a picture. My attempts to verify the order details were met with the same response of technical difficulties. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare causing frustration and wasting my time. This situation with Printerpix does not reflect well on Groupon, a platform I have always been a fan of. I just wanted to get a plush photo blanket for my daughter for Christmas, but instead, I am left feeling ripped off and disappointed.

I bought this product on December 4th for $[redacted].99, and the amount was debited from my bank account. Although I was informed that the order didn't go through, when I tried to use the code provided, it seems like the product was purchased a second time, which was supposed to be free with the coupon redemption. I have been trying to reach out to you multiple times over the past two weeks, but I have yet to hear back from you. It is disheartening that there is no phone number available for customer service, and the lack of response is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I recently purchased a voucher from Groupon for a wellness and vaccine appointment at Hog Mountain Animal Hospital for $89. It seemed like a great deal. However, after buying the voucher and trying to schedule an appointment, I found out my 6-year-old Maltese has been diagnosed with liver cancer and had to be euthanized. This heartbreaking news has left me devastated as she was my loyal and loving companion. I have been requesting a refund multiple times with no success. When looking for dining options in Roseburg, OR, I found Applebee's through a Groupon deal. After purchasing two Groupons, I was surprised to learn that the Roseburg Applebee's does not honor them. Planning to use them in Beaverton, OR instead, I found out they were only valid at specific locations, all far from home. Unfortunately, there seems to be no refund or exchange allowed. I recently purchased a Groupon for services at Bailiu Salon, specifically for a haircut, shampoo, and single process color. However, I only intended to get a partial highlight, not a full color service. Prior to purchasing the Groupon, I called the salon to confirm that this modification would be acceptable, and the staff assured me it would be fine. After using the Groupon and being satisfied with the results, I received an unsettling call from the salon owner claiming I hadn't paid for the services rendered. When I explained about the Groupon and the prior confirmation, the owner accused me of lying and proceeded to demand my credit card information over the phone, threatening to involve law enforcement and mentioning knowing where I work. This aggressive behavior has left me feeling disappointed and mistreated, as I have been a loyal Groupon user for many years.

I bought a CanvasOnSale voucher in September that expires on December 19th. I've been attempting to upload a picture for the blanket, but I keep getting an error message saying the resolution is not suitable for a 60 x 40 size. This is happening with every picture I try, and it defaults to a larger size, which costs more. It's frustrating because I've tried at least 50 times with different pictures. I understand it wasn't an expensive purchase, but if others are experiencing the same issue, the company profits. I would like a refund as I'm exhausted from trying. I had several scheduling issues trying to redeem my Groupon at this salon. Despite accommodating the owner/scheduler's request to change my appointment time, I only received part of the service I paid for. When I showed up for my pedicure at the rescheduled time, the staff member was unprofessional and frustrated. She handed me the phone to speak with the owner, who claimed there was no appointment for me. He was dismissive and suggested I come back the next day, which was inconvenient for me. The situation was handled loudly and rudely, making other customers uncomfortable. After this experience, I will not be returning to this salon. In hindsight, I regret not checking their negative Facebook reviews before purchasing the Groupon. I am disappointed with the service and would like a refund for my purchase.
