i have tried to contact you several times in the last two weeks with no response from you, you should be ashamed. the fact that you do not have a phone number for customer service or at least the courtesy of responding to my concern is not only frustrating but downright unacceptable. i recently purchased a voucher from groupon for a wellness and vaccine appointment for hog mountain animal hospital, the cost was $**.**, great deal. as i have emailed my concern several times with no response i hope this is the last time i have to repeat this. from the time i purchased the voucher a few weeks ago to the time i called for an appointment my beloved * year old maltese was diagnosed with liver cancer and had to be put to sleep. the sadness and grief is overwhelming she was my loyal loving companion, i am heartbroken. i have requested a refund on several occasions and am still waiting. i am a senior citizen who does not need any more aggravastion but you sure are giving it to me. my name is polly hairell and my email is *****@***.com. the SKU number on my voucher is ******, please take care of this situation as i am at my wits end trying to get a response from you.
