I bought a Groupon previously and I contacted the provider before the Groupon expired. So she didn't get an appointment for me until after it was expired and I had to talk to her about changing the date. Then she rescheduled with me and canceled her appointment. Since then she won't have any contact with me and I have called her three to four times already. I want to use my Groupon for a different one.
