Melinda Spangler purchased a IRobot Rumba *** and my bank declined the purchase because we have never purchased from Groupon. My wife contacted the credit card company who told her to resubmit the order because the first one was denied, which she did. Groupon forced the initial order through in the meantime so we received and have been charged for * of the units. We would like to return and be refunded for *.
