Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Get a refund ... I ordered the pillowcases fron Qualtry on November *. I contacted them by email and they will not guarantee delivery by Christmas. I had to cancel my order and they said to contact you for my refund. I am very disappointed in there customer service. I think that they might feel because it is a groupon that they put us at the bottom of the list for filling our orders. Linda Wiersma.
