I contacted them and they said," contact your shipper to initiate a Claim for this shipment. Please be advised that Claims are settled with the shipper, unless otherwise authorized by the shipper.*In order for us to process a request for a claim, you should ask your shipper to contact our Customer Service department at our toll-free number, ***-***-**** and provide them with the following information: Actual value of the item shipped, content description, and repair or replacement cost."**Please tell me the next steps.
