I ordered a *D large brick for *dcrystalusa.com. I used the Groupon and was charged for shipping and handling. I contacted company a few days later and they have no record of my order when I had proof of them charging me. They asked if I ever got a confirmation but I said no and that is why I am contacting them. I gave them my name and email to help look up order. They were rude and said they would get back to me but has not since. I spent *** dollars on these bricks for Christmas gifts. Please contact me on how to proceed.**Haley Mullen*H*****@***.com
