Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-loafintr's own words
There was mixup with our group trip to Thailand. I chose *Option **: New York (JFK): Tour of Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket, depart on ******. But the group agreed to choose a leave date of March * (to accommodate someone's plans), which I believe is option ** for an additional $***. This was confirmed available by the provider, Affordable World. When I contacted Groupon, I was told that a Groupon customer representative would email me to confirm the change of my voucher. Today is the deadline to make reservations but I have not received any email from Groupon to confirm the change so I may join my friends on this trip.
GetHuman-loafintr did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
