Order *: ***********Meal Prep Stainless Mixing Bowls Set w*Airtight Lids (**-Piece)...**The order arrived at my house (* Dec ** via FedEx SmartPost * ********************) and it appeared as the box had been opened. The 'Groupon' tape across the opening flap of the box was torn. What was ordered should have included a total of ** pieces (* bowls w*their corresponding lids). What was received was * bowls and * lids (the smallest of the bowls is missing). I initially went online to my Groupon account and looked for a way to chat with a representative* however, when attempting to contact customer support, the pop-up originally stated 'We're currently experiencing higher than normal wait time for call backs. Please chat us. We appreciate your patience. You are currently logged in as .... there is no place to start up a chat with a Groupon representative. Tried several times throughout the rest of the day and into the evening (**:**pm CST) with the same results. When looking through the sight for assistance, I did see an option for an exchange of my order* however, doing so would have charged me for processing a shipping label. The order I received was incomplete, therefore, I don't believe that I should have to pay shipping of any kind.**I have logged back in to my account this morning and the message now reads: We're currently experiencing higher than normal wait times for call backs. We appreciate your patience. You are currently logged in as ... and still no option to start a chat with a representative. I have called the customer service line: ***-***-**** with the automatic response stating to contact customer service online for assistance.**What I would like is to either send me the missing bowl from my shipment or exchange it out for the full set without me having to pay.**I can be reached on my cell or you can email me for correspondence in hopes for a resolution.**Marni Lucas ****-***-**********@***.com
