Help with my Groupon issue
The issue in GetHuman-cleemurr's own words
* sets of towels were billed to my credit card on Nov. ** but have never been received. A third set was also not received, but has not been billed ... Order ****-******-******. Received all but * items promptly. Aerosoft zero twist math towels in Green, Chambray Blue and grey continue to show a status of “processing” or “in transit” since Nov. **. I fear this order is lost and these items are to provide bedding and bath to teens in a shelter and must be received by a Dec ** Christmas party. These items were billed to my credit card on Nov. ** but were never received. Can they be reshipped?
I cannot communicate with Groupon by phone to quickly straighten this out and reorder the items.
I want to be credited for the items I did not receive and then I would like to reorder the items.
This was a large order.
I have had the charges cancelled on my credit card
