Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased Clinique Aromatics EDP **ml Spray and I have not yet recieved this.**I went online and checked and it states it was signed for on the **th of November? I went online and checked this information and this is NOT my signiture, this has been forged. **I spoke to with a customer service adviser Anuj (chat ticket ******************) whom confirmed my address, ** Birch ROAD, Parkhall G***PF was the same? This does not appear to be the case as this has not been delivered to my address and I have not signed for anything.**I would like a refund or another sent out to the proper address please as this is a Christmas present for my Gran? **Jordyn Rodgers ************
