I ordered two electric car blankets. On one of them the zipper pull tab was off. I repaired it with pliers so it would stay on. The clear plastic case had several tears. I used scotch tape in several places. The mailing bag was undamaged, so the packer should have seen the damage from origin of mailing location. Or maybe it was handled in such a way in mailing transport that inside got damaged, but not mailing bag. Too, bad since both blankets in my order are gifts. Replacement of one plastic case would rectify things if this is possible.
GetHuman-rosebuc did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
