I attempted to purchase three sets of two tickets for the Phoenix Zoo lights on Groupon, hoping to gift them to the kids. However, I encountered a technical issue stating "Groupon is experiencing technical difficulty." After a failed attempt, my friend used her card, and the payment went through, but the tickets did not show up in her purchases. We tried again, with the same result. Later, when she used her card, everything worked smoothly. This led us to believe that the problem might have been due to my out-of-state card or mismatched emails. Surprisingly, when I checked today, I found that my card was charged twice, even though the tickets only appeared on my friend's phone. I am requesting a refund of the $72 I was double charged for. We ended up using the tickets purchased with my friend's card. I am eager to have this issue resolved promptly. Thank you.

I am visiting from out of town and intended to take my friend's kids to the Phoenix Zoo Lights. However, while trying to purchase tickets on Groupon yesterday, I encountered technical difficulties. Despite multiple attempts from different devices, the transactions did not go through, and no charges appeared on my card. Strangely, when my friend used her card, the tickets were quickly purchased. The next day, I was surprised to see two charges on my account for a total of $72. I am puzzled by this situation and would like a prompt refund for both transactions. I only received one Christmas card out of the 25 I ordered from Printerpix. Despite following their instructions after three phone calls, the issue remains unresolved and they provided inaccurate information. I purchased a $4.99 Groupon and paid nearly $20 for only one-third of the products. My experience with this company has left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. I have made multiple purchases from Groupon since [redacted] and have generally had positive experiences, but this situation is unacceptable. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and am questioning the quality of companies Groupon is partnering with now.

I have been unable to contact you through the website, as it redirects me to the 'help wizard' without any response. My order for a grey small double fabric ottoman bed and pocket mattress is incomplete. I have not received the mattress, and the bed frame is missing several screws necessary for assembly. The missing screws required for the bed frame assembly are: - (9) x 12 - Mx4 - Sx4 I urgently need these missing parts to complete the bed frame and also the pocket mattress that is yet to be delivered. To Whom It May Concern, I have made several attempts to contact your company regarding multiple Groupons I purchased, but I have not been able to redeem them. It feels like my messages are not being received as I have not received any responses. This is my fourth message regarding the Tropicana Auto Spa Groupon. Despite receiving an extension on the Groupon, I was unable to redeem it as the business has closed. I would like a refund for this. I have also tried to redeem two other Groupons, one for "My Salon" and the other for "Tresses by Marie," but both businesses are not honoring the deals. I have contacted your company multiple times about these issues and have yet to receive a response. I would like a refund for these Groupons as well. I have had similar issues with Groupons for "Number 1 Escape Room" and "Wildfire Bowling." I do not want to encounter the same problems at these locations. Please refund me for these Groupons too. I have been a loyal Groupon customer for years, but I am disappointed in the recent lack of diligence from your company in ensuring that the deals are honored by the businesses. I made a mistake with my purchase. My husband and I are going to Las Vegas on December 27th. I bought various Groupons under two different email addresses: [redacted] and [redacted] I believe the ones I purchased over the phone are linked to my Facebook email, and I am unsure how to access them there to print them. While I can use the mobile barcode, I also need printed copies for tax purposes. Specifically, I am struggling to retrieve my Laugh Factory Groupon from Facebook to print it. Oddly, it shows as redeemed today, even though I am currently in Delaware and it's only 8:30 AM. I hope to get this resolved soon as I cannot repurchase it, especially considering I haven't used it yet. Can someone provide assistance?

I'm facing difficulties trying to redeem a Groupon from Qualtry. While my other orders with them have been processed, this particular Groupon bought on November 26 is not being accepted. The redemption code includes letters in uppercase after the hyphen, unlike my other codes that had lowercase letters. This Groupon is intended as a gift for a special child this Christmas, and I'm worried it won't arrive on time. I'm seeking assistance in obtaining a redemption code that Qualtry will recognize. On December 2nd, I purchased a Groupon for $50 for Heartwood and Oak. Groupon has charged my checking account, and I redeemed the voucher. However, Heartwood & Oak (Wine Insiders) claim they have not received the redemption voucher from me. They advised me to contact Groupon for the redemption code, but I am finding it difficult to reach them. This is the third message I am sending without a response. I understand it's a busy time of year, but I have been waiting for 2 days. I just need the redemption code to be resent so I can place my order. I bought a Groupon deal for 4 CycleBar classes in Boca Raton, FL on October 15, [redacted]. The Groupon stated it expired in 90 days. I used it in October, went to 2 classes, but couldn't book the other 2 in December. CycleBar now says all classes must be taken within 30 days of activation, which wasn't on the Groupon or told to me when I used it. CycleBar admitted they didn't communicate the 30-day rule to customers. They offered the 2 classes if I bought more, which I don't want. I don't plan on dealing with CycleBar Boca again. I've been waiting for a response regarding a voucher I purchased for a wellness exam and vaccines for my dog at Hog Mountain Animal Hospital in Dacula, GA. Unfortunately, my 6-year-old Maltese was diagnosed with liver cancer and had to be put to sleep after I bought the voucher for $89. I am heartbroken and unable to use the voucher. I need assistance with a Printerpix order issue. The representative I spoke to over the phone was rude and unhelpful. I work for the Walt Disney Company and would never treat a customer the way I was. I purchased 70 Christmas photo cards for $14.99 through Groupon, but after redeeming my voucher, Printerpix only showed one card in my order confirmation email. When I called, the man was condescending and uncooperative, insinuating that I made a mistake. He even joked about overcharging me for shipping one card. I felt belittled and frustrated. This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating for me. I booked a massage in North Carolina and the company representative failed to answer my calls for some unknown reason. When I arrived at the location via Lyft, I discovered that the building did not have any visible signs of being a massage establishment. Despite my attempts to contact them on Monday, they still did not respond. I refuse to accept being scammed out of $57. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to seek legal action. It is unacceptable to deceive customers in such a manner.
