The issue in GetHuman-mabo_'s own words
My name is Laurie Bolak I purchased a groupon for a BassBoomz portable speaker for $**.** (a $*** Value) on Nov. **, ****. I went to their website to redeem by picking the speaker of my choice. Every one of their speakers were and are still out of stock. I have contacted their web site (*****@***.com). They asked for me to send them my Groupon and date purchased, of which I did. *Their answer was for me to contact you for the refund.* I am now contacting you Groupon, for my refund for this purchase please, as I cannot get the product because they are completely out of stock.*Thank you for your help in this matter,*Laurie Bolak phone (***-***-****)
