Good evening,**I recently received my order (*********) of assorted “poo-pourri”. Although I appreciate the quick shipment of the merchandise, it came damaged. The box was soaking wet when it arrived at my house. First, I thought that maybe it was sitting in a puddle on the delivery truck. But once i opened the box, i found that two out of the four bottles were broken*cracked and most of the liquid was drained from two of the bottles. It was shipped in a cardboard box without any liquid labels, and no packing peanuts or bubble wrap. The two items that were damaged were labeled “trap-a-****” (************) and “juniper woods” (************). The item numbers may be incorrect due to the packing slip being distorted because of the spilled liquid. Please let me know if there is anything you can do regarding this issue, whether it is a refund including shipping cost or a new replacement product shipped to me, also including the shipping cost.
