I would like to start off saying that this is my first experience with Groupon. I purchased a laser hair removal voucher For * year unlimited laser hair removal at Vistoso Medical Spa in Oakville Ontario. *I redeemed my voucher and attended my first session in October ****. As laser hair removal for the same parts (legs) require visits every * weeks, I have only attended once. My next visit was last week and I was informed that Groupon has not honoured their part of the agreement with Vistoso and the Spa has yet to receive payment from Groupon for my voucher. I decided to wait for resolution of this issue with Groupon before continuing with my sessions as that required another payment of $***.**. (The Spa offered to honour the Groupon deal for clients affected by this dispute). *Vistoso has been very transparent, professional and helpful with this process. The owner has showed me emails with their communication attempts and Groupon responses with no progress on this issue. *I am very dissatisfied with this whole process. I have “wasted” roughly $***.** for one session of laser which is not very useful since a minimum of * sessions is required for successful and permanent hair removal. **I have heard people talk highly about Groupon deals as well as the service and reliability but was always hesitant to trust in this process. Unfortunately my first experience with Groupon has been very disappointing. I have yet to receive any communication from Groupon about this issue. I have only been responsibly contacted and communicated to from Vistoso. **I am expecting a full refund of the voucher for services not rendered as soon as possible. **Kindly, *Nadia Colantonio
