Contact **: on December *nd I purchased a Groupon to Heartwood and Oak for $**. Groupon has debited my checking account for the $**. I redeemed the voucher, but Heartwood & Oak (Wine Insiders) have told me I obviously did something wrong because they have no redemption voucher from me. I was told to reach Groupon (which seems an impossible task) to get the redemption code from you, as I no longer have the code. This is the *rd message I am sending, getting no response. I realize this is a very busy time of year but I have waited * days to hear from your company. My patience with this is growing very thin. All I am asking for is to have the redemption code resent to me so I can get this order placed. I expect to hear something TODAY, preferably a HUMAN. My phone is ***-***- ****.
