I purchased * cleaning certificates, after confirming that the merchant can come to my location. After purchasing, he called to say I am too far away, but that he will do the cleaning anyway. We scheduled dates for both cleanings and he has backed out of both. I needed to reschedule with another cleaner for both cleanings.
