My issue is that I received the wrong item. I was given exchange instructions. When I go to the item details there is no exchange or return option listed. How do I know this item is even eligible for a return or exchange? The customer service rep told me to exchange it. The fact that I cannot speak to anyone or get anyone on the live chat is extremely inconvenient. This whole process is inconvenient. I will highly reconsider using Groupon for for future purchases unless this issue is resolved in a timely manner.* Also note that the wrong item I received is nearly *** of the price of what I paid. Completely unacceptable.
