I went in to get my hair and extensions applied but this person from the Groupon ad. She told me to just pay her there and she’d make the same deal instead of me purchasing the Groupon itself. So I went in and she put extensions in my hair, all in the back super close together and didn’t even it out at all and promised me a full look but when we were done it was dark and I couldn’t really tell so I went home. I was practically in tears because she didn’t blend my hair with the extensions at all and the back was super heavy and giving me headaches. I then went back into her to fix this and she had done so but now a week later I had a weave fall out and they’re loose. She told me they’d be in for two months and it’s a disaster. I originally thought we were doing TAPE and I PAID for tape and she gave me weaved and beads AND I overpaid her....she said nothing but I paid $*** for the hair and TAPE. The hair and WEAVE was only like $***. I reached out to her about this over pay and I had given her $** tip so $*** Total. She messaged back with a screenshot and refusing to pay me a cent back even the portion I had overpaid her!!!!!!! She was working against me so I asked to see her hair lisence and if she even legally has one, she ignored the question. Then I asked about the address on her Groupon add being a salon, that I didn’t know she did this at her home, she argued that she moved and it’s always been in home. I asked her for a full refund and she refused and wouldn’t even return what I overpaid, now my hair is a mess and her client is in tears and did not receive the service promised to her. I’d like a full refund of $*** I paid her. I shouldn’t have had to go through this. She is false advertising tape extensions, isn’t a legit business and does not have the legal rights to run this hair business. I tried to work with her but she texted me some extremely rude and not professional things callling me drama and honesty really hurting me where I emotionally shut down. This is completely uncalled for. Groupon please help! I have many attachments I can email to show I’m sincere. I just want my money back so I can go to a legitimate business and liscensed hair person to fix this mess
