Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-nataliba's own words
I’m visiting from out of town and thought it would be a good idea to take my friends kids to the Phoenix zoo lights. All day yesterday I was trying to purchase the tickets and it kept saying “Groupon is having technical difficulties, please try again later”. I thought maybe something was wrong with my account so my friend took my card and tried purchasing them on her phone. It said everything went through and we got no tickets. We did it again and the same thing happened. I go to my bank account and there were no charges on my card. I’ve never seen anything like this before and I’ve purchased from Groupon plenty of times before. My friend then puts her card info in and she got the tickets right away. We went in and enjoyed the evening. We thought my card didn’t go through because I was in another state or maybe her email and my card were connecting. This morning I wake up to two charges and my friend got the tickets (finally!). I would like a refund for BOTH $** charges on my card ASAP. Makes no sense on why it was delayed. I purchased twice, * sets of tickets for * people. If someone could get back to me ASAP I would appreciate this. Thank you.
