Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-nataliba's own words
I tried purchasing the Phoenix zoo light tickets, * sets of two, all day and Groupon kept telling me “Groupon is experiencing technical difficulty”. I’m visiting from out of town and thought it would be a great gift for the kids. Later, my friend takes my card and tried purchasing the tickets and it said payment went through. I was charged and the tickets were not showing up in her purchases. So we tried again, same thing happened. When she put her card info in and purchased it everything popped up. We thought maybe my card wasn’t going through because It was out of state or emails didn’t match up. I’ve used Groupon before and never have I had this happened. I wake up today and saw my card charged and my friend saw the tickets on her phone (finally!) I would like to be refunded the $** charge that I was charged twice. We purchased the tickets twice with my card and once with hers, ended up using the only ones that were available (hers and we redeemed them). I would like my charges back. I would like someone to get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you.
