Hello:*Yesterday I purchased the Groupon for $** for *** cards from Staples. I created and had the card printed at Staples and it came out super grainy and low quality. Staples has verified (below) that the quality of the card*picture is not good. For this reason, I would like my $** from Groupon refunded. I would like this done ASAP so I can pursue purchasing a different card. Also, I have been working with customer service for a very long time now (like a year!) to resolve a different issue where they keep saying they are refunding me for something else for $** and it's in my groupon bucks, yet it is not there.*So - at this time, please let me know what you can do to immediately expedite the $** refund request. My preference is a credit to my credit card - if that is absolutely not possible, I need it refunded to the groupon account associated with the following email address I ordered it from: *****@***.com*I have forwarded the email from Staples below verifying the print issue with their service.
