Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-duboisd's own words
On **** I placed an order for cuisinart flatware set (* sets) I had also had an order for ( *sets) in my basket. Somehow they were both ordered! I tried to cancel the order for * sets. I thought it worked until I got an email yesterday showing they were both ordered. I don't need * sets of flatware. **Order ****-******-****** with * sets of flatware and necklace is what I wanted. The other order *****-*****-****** is the one I thought I had canceled.**I had canceled it within minutes after I had noticed what happened.**What do I do now?
