I have complained numerous times , regarding this , I've been passed onto the provider of the voucher and I'm still waiting to here from them with a satisfactory outcome. I bought a New York Experience voucher , however when in New York we tried to use it , it said it had been redeemed, we hadn't used it , and ended up costing us more money on the day , very disappointed and if I don't get a positive response I will take it further to gain a refund and recompense for all the dissatisfaction
