Hello,sent a Fitbit * back from return label via Canada post,was received nov**th according to my tracking number,no refund was issued no explanation,itm was unopened,unused and sent back immediately the same day I received it,what gives my credit card was charged.i was never refunded..can somebody help here or do I have to phone my credit card company,because this is outrages,from reading on the internet ..support is non existent.I want my money back please..i think someone also needs to look into this ..website support is broken and no email support for Groupon,what happened to Groupon?
