Order number 1[redacted]64-[redacted] was placed on 12/11/18 for a $[redacted] purchase of Global knives as a Christmas gift. The item is still available on Groupon from the same seller. I am frustrated with the customer experience as my order was canceled and refunded 21 days later due to the delivery address being a PO box. The delivery restriction was not prominently displayed, buried in the fine print. The merchant did not reach out to me for an alternative address, which is disappointing and not in line with the mediation process outlined in the terms and conditions. I am looking for a resolution to this issue to regain my satisfaction as a customer promptly. Thank you. - Raelene B.

I purchased a Groupon for Castle Rock Resort in Branson, Missouri, and unfortunately encountered bed bugs, resulting in bites all over my body. I informed the front desk and the manager, who were aware of the issue. They provided trash bags for us to pack our belongings and advised us to dry them on high heat. However, we have decided to keep our items outside in trash bags until a pest control company can assess the situation in the morning. I am extremely itchy and upset about this experience, as I cannot bring potentially infested items into my home. The hotel offered a refund, but instructed us to contact Groupon first for a full refund. This situation has been very inconvenient as we are unable to access our belongings due to safety concerns. -Britney W.

I encountered an issue with my payment method when I tried to purchase items yesterday. After confirming with my bank that there were sufficient funds available, I found out my orders for various items, including an Xbox [redacted] S bundle and jewelry, did not go through due to processing problems. While browsing bed options with the intention of making a purchase, a pop-up regarding accepting cookies unexpectedly led to what appears to be an unintended order. To my dismay, I received an email confirmation for 13 beds attached to this message. Despite my best efforts, I have been unsuccessful in canceling this order online. I've recently ordered a few items, but I realized that they are being shipped to the wrong address. My usual address is 2 Hansons Road, NORTH NOWRA, but it seems like they are set to be delivered to 8 Lead Street, YASS, where I once sent a gift. Can you please change the delivery address for the hand portable air conditioner with lanyard I bought today to 2 Hansons Road, North Nowra NSW [redacted]? Also, if possible, could you reroute any other orders I made in the past week to the correct address? It would really help me out as I am far from the current delivery location. I have been attempting to schedule a cleaning service using my Groupon for the past two weeks. Despite sending six emails, I only received a response stating availability for December 5th. Unfortunately, no specific time was provided, causing frustration as I cannot wait all day for them. Due to this lack of communication and uncertainty, I have lost confidence in Virtuous Cleaning's service. I request a refund for the 2-hour cleaning Groupon I purchased on August 13th for $42.00 (Order #[redacted]).

While on vacation, I purchased 6 Springfield Butcher Groupons for $[redacted].00 using my iPad. However, I am unable to view or print them on my main desktop computer at home. On the iPad, I can only see them as bar codes without the option to print. This is inconvenient as I cannot access them at the Butcher shop without WiFi. I prefer to have them printed instead of relying on a mobile phone which I do not possess. I request Groupon to make my purchased Groupons accessible and printable on my computer. The online assistance provided so far has not been satisfactory.

I am having difficulty reaching Groupon! Despite even enlisting my tech-savvy college student to help, contacting them has been impossible. I recently purchased a comforter set on Cyber Monday, but the wrong color was displayed after ordering, so I promptly tried to cancel. However, I encountered issues, including the website displaying in a foreign language. I am in Annapolis, Maryland, and inadvertently received an extra comforter set, totaling three. How can I return one of them? I hope to avoid return postage fees due to my numerous attempts to cancel the order and the impending holiday season expenses. I recently purchased a package from Energy Wellness for a 90-minute massage but had trouble reaching them beforehand to inquire about the gender of the masseuse. Despite leaving multiple messages, no one contacted me until three weeks later, informing me that only one male masseuse is available. Feeling uncomfortable with the situation, I requested a refund, which they directed me to seek through your platform. A companion and I had booked the 8-day Greece Getaway Trip departing from Newark to Athens on Emirates Airline. We embarked on a flight from RDU to Newark with United to catch our flight to Athens. Unfortunately, the RDU to Newark leg was canceled due to winter storms upon arrival at the airport, causing us to miss our flight to Athens. Despite United's inability to assist us after the canceled flight, we contacted Emirates and the travel agency (Affordable World) managing our trip. The only solution provided was for us to arrange our own transportation to Newark and purchase a new ticket to Athens, which was not feasible for us financially. Ultimately, we missed out on our trip and the funds expended through Groupon. We request either a refund for the trip or the opportunity to reschedule for a trip of similar value and destination due to circumstances beyond our control.

I purchased a $60 Groupon from Wine Insiders, but I've been unable to redeem it. I tried to cancel the order through Groupon within the 24-hour window, but they did not respond due to customer support issues. The vendor wouldn't accept me as a new customer, claiming I already had an account. After repeated attempts, they wouldn't provide a "forgot password" code and then stated my redemption code had been used. I've been unsuccessful reaching either you or the vendor by phone for a live person and have had no luck resolving this online. At this point, I simply want a full refund and to cut ties with this company. The lack of communication with Wine Insiders has left me with no confidence in their service, and I have no interest in their product without the ability to speak to a real person for assistance with my order.

I placed an order for 5 monogrammed pillowcases but have been unable to access the website due to it being down. After reading the shipping details, I realized it is not cost-effective. The fine print failed to mention that additional embroidery work is needed for the pillowcases. I have seen negative customer reviews, and I wish I had known this before ordering. I remembered the high shipping charges and long delivery times from a previous order. As I do needlework, I need 5 more pillowcases before Christmas, but cannot afford the shipping fees or wait time. I bought a spa day at Drift Spa at Palms Place in Las Vegas for 2 people, but my first payment was declined by Chase Bank. I confirmed it was me, but the transaction wasn't processed, leading Groupon to re-process it. Now I unintentionally have two spa days for 2 people each. I purchased two Groupons from Empress Nails; one for myself and the other as a gift for my mother. Upon trying to schedule appointments, I encountered difficulties with availability, and my mother faced a disappointing experience during her visit last Saturday. The nail technician seemed unwilling to accept the Groupon for the service, insisting on a later redemption date. Subsequently, my mother reached out to me expressing her dissatisfaction with the situation. As a result, I no longer wish to utilize the Groupons and respectfully request a full refund from the establishment.

I bought a Groupon for Spa Westgate in August for a 'One 50-minute Foot Detoxing and Reflexology Package' expiring on Dec 10th. Despite calling four different times since then (twice in Oct, once in Nov, and today) with up to five dates each time, they still couldn't schedule me in. Today, I provided four more dates, all of which they couldn't accommodate, but strangely have open slots only after the expiration date. They mentioned I'd have to pay more then. Disappointed with their inability to find a suitable date among the 16 I've provided, I inquired about a refund, and they told me to contact Groupon to cancel. Though past the '3 day' rule, it's frustrating not being able to redeem the Groupon due to their failure to fulfill their end of the deal.

Yesterday, I purchased a Groupon deal for $25 for [redacted] cards from Staples. After creating and printing the card at Staples, I noticed that the quality was grainy and low. Staples confirmed the poor quality. I am requesting a refund of $25 from Groupon promptly. Additionally, I have been in contact with customer service for a while regarding another issue where a $50 refund should be in my Groupon bucks, but it is not. I would like the $25 refund to be processed quickly. Ideally, I would prefer a credit to my credit card. If that is not feasible, please refund it to the Groupon account linked to my email: [redacted] I have attached the email from Staples detailing the printing issue for reference. I purchased a Groupon for a sectional cleaning service. The technician arrived at 11:15, started at 11:30, and finished by 12:00. He used water and suction to clean, but I have before and after photos with time stamps showing missed areas. He even left a big water spot on my ottoman. I'd like a refund as he won't be allowed back. Please contact me to see the pictures. I believe a more professional company is needed for the job.

I recently purchased 2 customized dog collars using my Visa card for $8.00. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to provide the necessary information for the collars. I have been unable to reach anyone to resolve this issue. I kindly request that my order be canceled, and the $8.00 refunded back to my Visa card.
