I ordered an ABS Hard Shell Cabin Luggage on the **th November and checked the tracking and said delivered **st November but we have not received it. I have been in touch with Hermes and first they told me it was delivered to reception which we don't have and then they told it was delivered to a shop which we don't have less than *** metres. They have told me to contact you.*The address is ** Cleevewood House, Cleeve Wood Road, Downend, Bristol. BS** *ST*I would really like the luggage as it is a Christmas present for a family member.*Mandy Britton
