On November **th my wife placed a kozy pizza order ($**.**) where she was not able to use her groupon $** coupon. I contacted ‘Groupon chat’ and asked to apply the $** off.. The response was this cannot be done, ‘we’ will cancel your groupon*kozy order, credit your card for $**.** (which you did on Nov **th), provide you $** in groupon bucks (in place of the original coupon) ---- and I may re order. Crafting this correspondence as the $** in groupon bucks is not appearing on my account and desire to have status update.
