I bought two pair of NE Patriot boots in error and in the wrong size. The 'Fine Print' says 'Free Returns' but I'm unable to print a label. I've already ordered a size up.*Also, I bought a Leo Rossi (blue XL) sweater in the wrong size. I plan to reorder this also but am unable to print a return label for this either.*Both are saying they can't be returned b*c of 'fine print'. However, as I wrote above, both products' 'fine print' says 'free returns', were not from a third party and I have not had them more than ** days.*This is my first time using Groupon for a large order but your return policy is extremely frustrating.*Can you help me?
