I have a duplicate order. There was an error on their website so I thought it did not go through so I reentered the order again. So now I have been charged twice, they will ship the exact same items twice and it looks like I will have to ship each item back separately. Why wouldn't you see a duplicate order for the same items for the same amount. I have been unable to cancel or contact anyone. WOW. Terrible. Will never order from here again.
GetHuman-cordice did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
