Hi, I was purchasing go LA card on your website on *****. However, after I entered my payment, the page showed "we're processing your purchase" and then this sign disappear. I didn't see anything show on my page or any email. I didn't see the changing from my bank account, too! So I bought it again on ***** night. And got the card this time, it's showing on my website. However, when I'm checking my bank account today, I saw there are two spending for LA card ( two ** dollars spending). But it's your system's problem. And there aren't two go LA card on my website either. I feel very bad about this. Please help me fix this problem.*( My coupon account is *****@***.com)
