I have redeemed vouchers on a couple of orders that I wanted to know the tracking number on. The reply email doesn't give an email for the company. One of the orders seemed to be "refunded" (which I didn't initiate - Wine Traders), with no explanation why it was canceled and refunded. On the "refunded" order, is it coming or not? On the other order (Rusted Orange), I wanted the tracking number to find out when it's coming.
GetHuman-webtechj did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
