First time here, I don't have intentions on returning I the near future but that being said that doesn't mean I am not ever going to visit Florida again one day and to have a *** $ credit that I will never use and will be a waste of my. money, my time and my loyalty to groupon. I have to end my trip very short and with terrible family emergency I have to get back home righ away! I only viewed the voucher because the place needed the barcode number to book the appointment, I read your policys but is there any way I could get a good loyal member exception on this refund for this special and very unfortunate circumstance. I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter, I won't be able to come back to Florida to use this. I was really looking forward to this! I'm beyond upset that I can't go and will never be able to. This is my last step before finalizing the dispute with the credit card company!
