I contacted the seller to secure an appointment for a service since I was only visiting the area for a weekend. After buying the Groupon deal and providing proof, I was asked to send a screenshot of the voucher number for confirmation. Despite fulfilling this requirement, I was informed this morning that my appointment could not be honored as they claim they never received the voucher. Unfortunately, due to the distance, I cannot reschedule the appointment. The seller, who communicates solely through Facebook messenger and text, does not have a website. At this point, I am unable to proceed with a conventional refund, and I am simply seeking a reimbursement for the invalidated appointment.

I recently purchased a Groupon for Banana Republic, enticed by the deal. However, when I tried to use the code, I only received a partial discount. I am a loyal Groupon customer and usually do not encounter issues. On another note, I have not received one of my two orders for wine-umbrella bottles. Although they are inexpensive, I was planning on using them as gifts. The status shows delivered, but I have not received them. I would appreciate any assistance. My daughter made the purchase using the email [redacted], but I prefer to communicate using a different email for responses. Thank you.

I bought a Groupon deal for a 1-bedroom oceanview suite at Ocean Beach Club Resort, but it was not as advertised. The room did not have a full ocean view or a balcony. I canceled the purchase within minutes of making it after speaking with the resort. However, the refund has not been processed and I don't have enough funds to book the correct room for my stay. I need the refund to be processed quickly as there is high demand for rooms during my stay dates. It usually takes 7-10 days for credit charges to be refunded, but I don't have that time as the hotels I considered are now fully booked.

Around November 20th, I ordered the 9 ctw Swarovski Elements (5 pairs) stud earrings set in sterling silver. Unfortunately, I realized later that I had my old address saved on Groupon. After tracking the order and seeing it marked as "forwarding," I assumed it was fine, but the package never arrived. When I visited my local post office, they informed me that as it was shipped through a third-party and no forwarding address was available, the package was destroyed. I have now updated my address on Groupon and hope we can reship the package. Additionally, I also have a second package ordered on the 24th for the Hotel Coastal microfiber Flamingo print sheets, which I will be trying to intercept at the post office on Monday. I purchased 2 $50 worth of fine dining coupons at Casa Rina Restaurant in Thornwood, NY through Local Flavor. The coupon numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. Unfortunately, when I tried to use them on a Saturday night, I was informed of restrictions I was unaware of. The restaurant required me to dine before 5 p.m., which was inconvenient for me. The owner was impolite and refused to honor the coupon. This was disappointing as I am a loyal customer who has never encountered similar issues with Groupon. I would like a refund for these coupons. I purchased Groupon tickets for Kissimmee Go Carts - 2 wristbands for $31.50 each. I purchased 2 sets. I want to confirm their validity. I bought the indy ones, but the fine print states that drivers must be 16 or older with a license. One son is 11 and the other is 16 without a license. Even though it says 2 wristbands, I thought it was 1 per person, so I ordered 2 sets assuming it was for 4 people. Can these be used by my group of 4 when 2 are under 16 without a license? If not, can they be used by the other drivers? Each ticket cost $26. Please respond quickly as we plan to use them tomorrow. Thank you.

I am disappointed with Groupon for eliminating phone customer service. My recent order for two Nioxin products, including the Nioxin Cleanser and Scalp Therapy Liter DUO and Nioxin-System 4 Scalp And Hair Treatment, is facing an issue. Despite my correct shipping address registered under my full name Patricia E. Rouse, my last name is missing from the shipping address on the order. I am concerned about not receiving the delivery due to this discrepancy. I attempted to rectify the situation within the two-hour timeframe provided but was unsure how to do so without incurring additional shipping charges. My order number is #1[redacted]53-[redacted]. I would appreciate guidance on how to add my last name Rouse to the shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery process.

I have a few questions. It's concerning when you can't reach anyone before placing an order. What happens if an issue arises? We order around 20 to 40 items monthly from eBay. Lately, I've noticed an increase in fake sellers. Do you confirm shipment before payment? It appears there's no support number available; contacting eBay seems to be the only resolution. Their response is usually that it's their policy. I'm inclined to avoid companies with such policies. Is it advisable to shop elsewhere? Groupon seems problematic without a direct way to contact them. I require more clarifications before making multiple orders. It seems challenging to receive assistance with problematic sellers. I recently bought two Groupons, one as a gift for my best friend's 40th birthday and one for myself, for a Spa on Wall Street package including a facial and massage. When I tried to book, I learned the facial technician wouldn't return until 12/30/18, with the earliest appointment on 1/1/[redacted]. If this detail was clear when I purchased it, I wouldn't have bought it. I had to cancel my self-purchased Groupon because of this delay. Unfortunately, my friend opened her gift already, and I can't cancel the order through the Groupon app. I need help canceling the order as it doesn't work for either of us as intended. Thank you.

I purchased a 3-piece Kensie Luggage set on November 30. I checked my Groupons online, but couldn't find it. I suspected a credit card issue, so I reordered it on December 2. The order number for the recent purchase is #1[redacted]73-[redacted]. After placing the second order, I saw the Kensie luggage under my previous purchases from November 30, but it didn't show the recent order. However, I received an email confirmation for the recent order. The email mentioned a 2-hour window to cancel, but the system only shows the November 30 order when I try to cancel. I purchased two Groupon vouchers for the VIP tandem skydiving package in Florida. Due to a sudden family emergency, I have to cut my trip short and won't be able to use the vouchers. I have been experiencing issues while attempting to print return labels for merchandise I need to return to Groupon. Despite my daily efforts at various times, I keep receiving an error message stating that Groupon is overwhelmed. This is frustrating as there is a limited window for returns, and I am running out of time. I have been trying to reach out for help, but with little success. I am seeking a refund for order #[redacted], which was for a couples massage. Upon arrival at the massage parlor, the groupon voucher was promptly scanned. Following a 40-minute delay past our scheduled appointment, we were finally assisted. Despite inquiring about the wait, communication proved difficult as no one spoke English. Upon entering our massage room, we were disturbed by loud noise from a neighboring laundromat, unbeknownst to us when purchasing the groupon. We declined the option of separate massages in different rooms due to the occasion being my anniversary gift. After speaking with the manager, Kimberly, she pledged to process the refund but has failed to do so, citing Groupon's lack of response. I am now seeking assistance from Groupon to secure my refund. I encountered fraud with the house cleaning services voucher I bought from Royal Maid Housecleaning. The company redeemed my voucher without providing any services on 10/16/18. I reported this to the customer service, but they said no refund could be issued since the voucher was redeemed. They offered Groupon Bucks, but I don't want them due to losing confidence in the site after being a victim of fraud. I seek a refund as a paying customer who did nothing wrong. I am disappointed in the customer service provided.

I am having difficulty returning an item that is supposed to be returnable within 14 days. It has not been 14 days yet, but the system does not allow me to initiate the return. My stay at Chateau Resort was the worst experience I have ever had. The first two days, I couldn't use the pool or the restaurant due to a large group using the facilities for a church function. The smell of propane outside our patio gave us a severe headache. Despite having a "do not disturb" sign, housekeeping entered the room and cleaned it, disturbing our personal items. The front desk staff couldn't assist because we booked through Groupon; they advised contacting Groupon instead. After 20 years in the industry, I know this is unacceptable customer service. This was meant to be my anniversary getaway, but it was a disappointment. The uncomfortable bed felt like sleeping on the floor. I placed an order for a bracelet on Groupon on November 10th with order number [redacted][redacted]. The Fed Ex tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Today, December 2nd, I called Fed Ex and was told they have only created a shipping label and have not received the package. I am reaching out to have the bracelet sent promptly. Please contact me via phone at [redacted] or email. I need this matter resolved urgently. The bracelet was intended as a gift for my mother's birthday, which is only 6 days away. It is crucial for me to receive it on time. I anticipated delivery within 10 days of ordering (Nov. 10, [redacted]) but Fed Ex has not received the package yet. This delay is frustrating, and I trust Groupon to address this promptly as I have been a satisfied customer in the past.

I purchased three massage vouchers for my family members. When I mentioned using a Groupon at the spa, the staff became less friendly and claimed they only accept one Groupon per day. They suggested we purchase massages directly from them for an extra $2 per massage and cancel our Groupons. The situation became uncomfortable as we tried to explain that we wanted to use one voucher that day and schedule the others for later. The staff member was unresponsive and seemed to have trouble understanding our request. Due to the unwelcoming atmosphere towards Groupon users, we decided not to return to this spa. I am requesting a refund for the two unused massage vouchers.
