I had my voucher booked to be used when I arrived in New York on the *th Nov **** unfortunately I took not well and and informed by the doctors that I could not fly, what I am looking for is an email or letter from you to state that I was a no show so that I can try and claim back on my insurance the money that I paid for the voucher there is two confirmation code ****-****-**** and ****-****-**** *Groupon Ref-RE*************Regards *John Mcgrath
